iBrandBro is operated by TANDM. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use ibrandbro.com. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data transparently.

Automatically collected:

• Session identifiers (anonymous, stored in localStorage)
• Search queries you enter
• Brands you click on
• Categories you view
• General usage data via Google Analytics 4

When you enrol a brand:

• Brand name and email address
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store card details)

• To provide and improve the Site and search functionality
• To understand which categories and brands are most relevant to users
• To process brand enrolment payments via Stripe
• To send transactional emails related to brand enrolment (no marketing emails without consent)
• To improve our AI-powered search and discovery features

When you click a "Visit Site" button, we may use affiliate tracking links. This allows us to earn a commission if you complete a purchase or sign-up — at no cost to you. We use Skimlinks and direct affiliate programs to facilitate this.

We also use:

• Google Analytics 4 — anonymous usage analytics
• Supabase — database and backend infrastructure
• Stripe — payment processing for brand enrolments
• Vercel — website hosting
• OpenAI — AI-powered search and content features

We use localStorage (not cookies) to store your theme preference and an anonymous session identifier. This data never leaves your device and is not shared with third parties.

Anonymous session and search data is retained for up to 90 days to improve our service. Brand enrolment data is retained for the duration of the commercial relationship plus any legally required period thereafter.

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure database infrastructure via Supabase, and PCI-compliant payment processing via Stripe. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
